Dear Fellow Humans;

We share the planet.  It is becoming
crowded.   In the long run, nature will decide the numbers.

I received a letter from a friend, an ophthalmologist.
He said that they are finally getting a harvest from the pear
tree that I helped him plant l3 years ago.     Don't worry
about the world, it will keep on doing it's thing.

The Bocks are people, who have loved the land.   Rudy has
healed the sick and sewn the seeds of wisdom, near and far.

I should not worry so much, but it is sad that our beautiful
planet has so many areas of violence and hunger.   So many
unhappy looking people on the streets.

Since receiving Rudys letter. I have been thinking of
Artaxerxes I King of Persia who reigned in the second
century.A.D.

Persian writers have preserved the sayings of Artixerxes
which exhibit his goodness and wisdom, such as the following;
"There can be no power without an army; No army without
money; no money without agriculture; and no agriculture
without justice"  It was one of his common sayings that
"a ferocious lion was better than an unjust king; but an
unjust king was better than a long war"    He was likewise in
the habit of saying that "Kings should never use the sword
when a milder punishment would answer;
