The high Cost of the Wages of Sin

The cost of caring for neglected children is costing billions
besides adding to the struggles of ordinary people.

Neglect begins before conception. Bringing new life into
the world should be serious business. We are all
concerned about drunken driving but a bigger problem may be
that drunkenness can be the background for defective
children. It not just the mother but the male reproductive organs can
be affected. In other words, the male may pass on defective
sperm.

Presently, 5O% of Federal spending is for entitlements.
Much of this is for people who are considered handicapped.
Very humane but we are going broke.
