THE WEEKEND
EVERY DAY can be exciting but this weekend had some special
events.
1. John Cheny, Head. of Defense gave a wonderful talk about
present dangers and our plans for defense along with how we
had greatly reduced our armed forces and commitments and at
the same time made them more effective.
The Democratic candidates generally say that there is no
longer danger from Russia, therefor cut defense drastically.
Actually the world appears more dangerous than ever.

Monday Jan l7/92. Forum on Education in California. One
hour. Depressing. Honig, was given the opportunity to
be foolish and he made the most of it.
