In arrainging my own business, I have a need to put our
agreement on a some what formal basis. This is for your
understanding and expectations to be a solid araingement
in both of our affairs.
As we have discuss before we should have flexibility
in our schedule but a commitment to a supportive role
in managing the day to day requirments.
In our meeting with Jane Wheeler we where able to
work out a good starting but some what limited coverage
in filling your needs. This will probably change with
time, hopefully to the best araingement for everyone.
I see your need as having a reliable source to not only
perform maintence on your property but also to make sure
you have good houskeeping support, transportation,
and on call service for the various needs that pop-up.
These are the items that I can provide. In reality it is
hard to set a fixed amount of time. We have tried 5hrs
a week as a baseline but it seems to be working out
at 6 to 8 hrs a week. This is fine but in managing my
business to meet my commitments I need to make the following
proposal:
1. We enter a agreement on a monthly retainer fee.
2. Seven day coverage a week as needed.
3. Minimum of 7 hr a week service, to be here to do whatever is needed
4. Monthly retainer fee $600.00 paid in advance.
This allows me to best support my business requirements
and assures you of the continual coverage and support
that would ,I believe make both of our lives simpler.
