Dear Margaret;

I am depressed. I feel that I am going down
hill. I have a feeling o pain in my chest.
Most of this could be related to my response to your
attitudes and actions.

I will outline some of the things that bother me.

1. Communication. We do not communicate well enough.
I realize that I am deaf and it is getting worse,
but even when my hearing was better, I missed much of what
you said.

2. You want to do things your way regardless of me. For
example. I like to alternate the butter dishes.
You go ahead and crowd the butter into the same dish.
Another thing. If I ask you to leave off the foot rests
when out shopping. You ignore my wishes.

3. I am not happy with your cooking.

4. You are careless in washing the dishes and pans.

5. You do not have a feeling for machinery. When grinding
the peanuts, you were too fast and overloaded even when
the machine got hot and stopped working.

6. You seem to treat me as a retarded person especially when
shopping.

7. You hit me too much. Not dignified.

8. I suppose I am set in my ways. Can't teach an old dog
new tricks.

9. I want to avoid a nursing home.

l0. I am not happy but most people in the world appear much
worse off than me.

10. I appreciate what you have done for me but am trying to
express my feelings.

Sincerely
