OUR BRIEF TIME ON THE PLANET

We are here such a short time.  We start life by being
overwhelmed by the present.  We are born totaly ignorant
but with a brain and nervous system that has developed
through countless ages. It is completely unique.

We learn rapidly, through our own senses and from those
around us.  If we are lucky we are born into a learning
environment.  In past times, even if our parents were
uneducated, we could absorb the customs and wisdom of the
village.
