Dear Henry:

Hello. I enjoyed our conflabs.  Inclosing some
dreary clippings.

I have a long clipping about the countless Russian
bureaucrats fighting to save their little niche of power and
sabotaging reforms when possible.  Possibly the same
everywhere.

Ross tried out the Fax machine.  A friend of his sent a
message.  It printed clearly.  It included a picture.

Your present plans are exciting. I will enjoy the
developements.-
