I appreciated our talk by telephone 2 days ago.
I am also happy with my new hearing aid. I can now
understand most conversations. (When I dealt with your
Mountain View store collection dept recently, they found my
deafness very frustrating.)
I am inclosing a copy of a letter I sent to your Mountain
View Store. It outlines the problem.
My Sears credit card was used at your Cupertino branch to
charge up a number of builders supplies. They appear to be
included in your Oct 25/9l charge of $667.26
The October 27/9l charge is for a telecaption apparatus that
I purchased from you.
My associate, Mr Charles R. Perkins, assisted in my
interview with you.
I still feel that Sears is vital to my life style.
Especially while I still depend on a wheel- chair and walker.
